This service is not available to residents of South Korea or any jurisdiction where adult content or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited or restricted by law. By accessing or using this service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Providing false information regarding your age or residency constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
OnlyGens is a platform where creators publish AI-generated visual content and users discover, follow, and subscribe to creators. Content may include adult material intended for audiences 18 years and older.
You may sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload. Content must be AI-generated and must not depict real individuals without consent. Content depicting minors in any context is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities. OnlyGens reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
Subscriptions are paid in USDT cryptocurrency. All payments are made directly between users via peer-to-peer transfers. OnlyGens does not custody, hold, transfer, or intermediate any funds. The platform verifies completed transactions by checking transaction hashes on the public blockchain. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of verification. All payments are final and non-refundable due to the peer-to-peer nature of transactions.
Creators who earn subscription revenue are required to pay a platform fee. The fee is calculated as a percentage of verified subscription earnings over the preceding 30-day period. The current fee rate is set by the platform and displayed on the creator dashboard. Failure to pay the platform fee within the grace period may result in content being hidden from the public feed.
Creators retain ownership of the AI-generated content they upload. By uploading content, creators grant OnlyGens a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote the content within the platform. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit creator content without explicit permission.
OnlyGens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. We are not responsible for any loss of cryptocurrency due to incorrect wallet addresses, network issues, or user error. You use cryptocurrency payment features at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyGens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
