ONLYGENS is an AI companion platform that allows users to interact with AI-powered companion characters. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ONLYGENS. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts

4. Spark Economy
ONLYGENS uses a virtual currency called Sparks. Sparks can be used to unlock content, send tips, and access premium features. Sparks have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All Spark purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Content and Conduct
You agree not to use ONLYGENS to violate any applicable laws, harass others, distribute harmful content, or attempt to circumvent our safety systems. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. AI-Generated Content
Companion characters on ONLYGENS are AI-generated. Interactions with these characters are for entertainment purposes only. AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ONLYGENS, including companion characters, images, and text, is owned by ONLYGENS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ONLYGENS is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONLYGENS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
